Looking after ourselves, and others
At Revere, we believe in continually inspiring our people, wherever they are. It’s important for our teams to take the time to be inspired by what is meaningful to them, or to take off on an Epic Adventure, all feeding into our passion for exploration at Revere. Everyone has different motivations, so we offer a range of activities to nurture employees’ happiness, health and wellbeing. From snacks and socialising to cycling and wellness, we deliver a consistently positive experience that builds confidence, supports collaboration and rewards success.
Every day, we see remarkable talent achieving remarkable things. Our people give their all when they’re individually empowered to contribute to Revere’s success. We want our employees to feel supported, encouraged, and able to progress in their careers. That’s why we provide ongoing training and development opportunities, geared towards building on strengths, roles and responsibilities.
Connecting career progression
We love to support our people through the good times in their life, but we recognise that sometimes the most valuable support can be given when things aren’t going so well. We understand that the last thing you want to be worrying about when you aren’t feeling well is how this could impact your pay so we want to do what we can to help alleviate this worry. Your sick pay entitlement is dependent on your length of service at Revere.
Sick pay
At Revere, we endeavour to ensure our people are given support and encouragement before, during, and on their return to work from maternity and paternity leave. We think it’s important that we don’t just support our people physically, emotionally and developmentally, but also financially. We therefore provide enhanced maternity and paternity pay (dependent on your length of service).
Maternity and paternity pay
As much as we all love what we do at Revere and encourage each other’s passion through work, we also recognise the importance of taking time out to rest, recharge, be inspired and energised. We also love to reward our people’s commitment to us so, as your length of service increases, so does your annual leave (up to a maximum of 30 days per year, effective from 1st April 2023).
Your holiday
We recognise that our people put their all into what they do at Revere, so we want to do what we can to give something back and say ‘thank you’. Part of how we do this is to Boost our Benefits, enhancing key benefits like sickness, maternity and paternity pay, and holiday entitlement, so we can show our teams that we value and appreciate them both inside and outside of work.

Doing our bit for the wider world
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and being able to give something back is core to our values at Revere. It allows us to do our bit towards tackling wider social and environmental issues that we’re passionate about within our community. It’s an area we take extremely seriously. Read on to discover how, with your help, we do it.
Sustainable printing
Every time we print, there is an environmental impact that needs to be kept to an absolute minimum. That’s why we’ve made steps to keep our internal printing at an absolute minimum, while also using FSC certified paper as much as possible.
We advise our clients on sustainable production options, to ensure they have all the information they require to make choices that meet their marketing needs in the most sustainable way.
For external printing needs, we only work with print suppliers who have FSC certification – showing that they share our passion for sustainability. They must also show a drive to use environmentally sound inks and processing methods, to further limit their environmental impact.

No single-use cups
If you’re a fan of a good coffee shop latte, you’ve probably used your fair share of paper, plastic or cardboard cups. We’ve got a better way. We give everyone a reusable Revere coffee cup – and a reusable water bottle for good measure. We give them to clients too, to spread the reusable culture that little bit further.
Transport
We’re not all lucky enough to live close to the office and be able to walk to work, but there are still ways of getting to work without adding to your carbon footprint. We offer a cycle to work scheme, which can save our staff a significant amount on the purchase of a bike and accessories from selected retailers. We also encourage car sharing and public transport options. They reduce congestion and lower carbon footprints, which is good for everyone.
The Revere Stock Exchange
Got an old item cluttering up your home that you want to get rid of? Our Stock Exchange is the place to do it. This is our place to list any items a person doesn’t want anymore, helping to find the item a new home and avoiding it ending up in landfill if possible. We’ve also got a goodwill bookshelf in our Park House office. Our team can load it up with anything they don’t want anymore, and feel free to take anything they do.
Recycling
We’ve taken big steps towards reducing our waste production by providing recycling bins around the office. Each bin has clear signage to show what can and cannot be recycled. We’re making a conscious effort to further reduce any waste we create. If you have any suggestions, please speak to a member of our CSR Squad.
What is FSC certification?
The Forest Stewardship Council is an international body that promotes responsible management of the world’s forests and woodlands. This endorsement from them shows that a business’ purchase of wood or fibre-based products is done so in a responsible, sustainable manner, resulting in minimal damage to the environment. In fact, for every tree used within our FSC-certified products, three more are planted.

Diversity and Inclusion
At Revere, we promote and celebrate diversity, inclusion, and championing individuals. We are an equal opportunities employer and as such, we will make any reasonable adjustments to accommodate the needs of all employees, and candidates during their interview process. We provide training for our employees in relation to diversity and inclusion, including topics like Unconscious Bias, to ensure that our culture of openness and embracing our employees to bring their whole self to Revere free of bias or judgement is maintained. Together, we strive to make our workplace and industry free from bias, stereotypes, and discrimination.
Volunteering
We have a strong sense of community and dedicating time to support the causes that we’re passionate about is an important part of our role – and can be a fulfilling experience for everyone involved. That’s why we’re encouraging our team to take part in local initiatives with one fully paid volunteering day a year.
Charity work
With so many worthwhile causes out there, it would be impossible for us to just support one, or a small handful of charities. That’s why we encourage our team to fundraise or volunteer for charities close to their hearts. And to show our support, we contribute an extra 50% of the total raised by any team member or client, up to £250 per year.
CSR Squad
We have a dedicated team of CSR champions at Revere. These are people who have volunteered to be part of the CSR Squad because they want to continue to support our goal of giving something back. They are empowered to roll out a variety of initiatives, whether that be organising our annual Christmas Jumper Day for Save the Children, or creating fun quizzes with prizes for winners and proceeds going to charities like Comic Relief.
Personal development
We can only grow and prosper as a business if our team all do as individuals. That’s why we will always provide suitable training and development opportunities that support personal growth, as well as business performance. We do this through regular learning sessions, while also offering LinkedIn Learning to every member of Revere, giving everyone access to a vast array of online skill-building courses. We also help to develop our team through our always-on personal development programme, Boost Advance, supporting you to advance your career and boosting you to where you want to be. And whenever possible, we will always look to promote from within, supporting individual growth and helping our team thrive within the business.
The Revere way is about more than just excellent results. We aim to do business the right way and set an example, not just for commercial success, but for social and environmental responsibility as well. The seven values that define us are:
